We believe real change starts when people take responsibility for leading themselves: how they think, choose, and show up. From that inner discipline, families strengthen, schools evolve, and communities grow.

If you’re here,

Leadership has shaped every chapter of my life,
from creativity and entrepreneurship,
to cultural storytelling and community work,
and through navigating humanity
as a biracial woman.
It’s where I learned early
how identity, voice,
and space intersect.
What I’ve learned is this:
leadership isn’t something
we step into once we’re ready.
It’s something we cultivate quietly, imperfectly, every single day— as we learn to trust our own voice and live in alignment with who we are.
Peace through PIE didn’t begin my journey.
It became the place
where decades of learning
finally found a home.
Through food.
Through culture.
Through sharing stories.
I saw how connection opens doors—
to courage,
to clarity,
and to our shared humanity.
CoreFire Movement
is the evolution of that truth.
A belief that real leadership
begins within—

into how we treat people,
how we show up in hard moments,
and how we build community
with intention and care.
