Terms of Service
Effective date: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the CoreFire Movement website and to contributions, payments, registrations, sponsorships, underwriting arrangements, and other transactions made through this site.
Peace through PIE, doing business publicly as CoreFire Movement, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By using this website or submitting a payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Charitable Contributions
Charitable contributions made through designated giving pages support the nonprofit mission, programs, initiatives, and community activities of Peace through PIE / CoreFire Movement.
Where a payment page identifies a transaction as a charitable contribution, no goods or services will be provided in exchange unless otherwise clearly stated.
Peace through PIE will provide appropriate contribution acknowledgments where applicable. The deductibility of any contribution depends on the donor’s individual circumstances and applicable tax law. Donors should consult their own tax or financial adviser regarding deductibility.
2. Honoring the Builders — Conway
Honoring the Builders is a civic storytelling and community event platform created and produced by Sisu Spark Studios.
For the Conway, Arkansas edition, CoreFire Movement / Peace through PIE serves as the founding community partner and fiscal sponsor, receiving and administering approved charitable contributions, sponsorships, underwriting, and other authorized event-related payments.
Payments made through a designated Honoring the Builders charitable-contribution page support the Conway event and its related storytelling, engagement, and community activation.
3. Sponsorships, Underwriting & Participation Payments
Some payments made through this website may relate to sponsorships, underwriting, workshops, programs, vendor or community-partner participation, advertising, or other approved activities.
These payments are not automatically charitable contributions. Where goods, services, recognition, advertising, participation rights, or other benefits are provided in exchange for payment, the nature and value of those benefits may affect the tax treatment of the payment.
Specific sponsorship, underwriting, participation, or program arrangements may also be subject to additional written terms or agreements provided before payment.
4. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
CoreFire Movement / Peace through PIE does not directly store complete credit or debit card information. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its own security and privacy practices.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and payment information when submitting a transaction.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the transaction, including charitable contributions, workshops, programs, sponsorships, underwriting, participation fees, or other approved payments.
If you believe a payment was made in error, was duplicated, or requires review, please contact us as soon as possible.
Payment, receipt, or refund questions:
accounting@peacethroughpie.org
Refund requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the transaction and any specific terms associated with the applicable event, program, sponsorship, or participation arrangement.
6. Event & Program Changes
Dates, times, locations, speakers, activities, program details, or other elements of events and programs may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.
When a material change affects a paid registration or participation arrangement, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and provide information about available options.
7. Payment Disputes or Questions
If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is an error with a transaction, please contact us at:

We welcome the opportunity to review and resolve payment questions promptly. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.
